The following information is provided, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and of the GDPR, relating to the information that will come into our possession, in order to protect persons and other subjects concerning processing of personal data:

1. Processing Purpose

The data you provide shall be used to permit you to participate in the selection procedure for the job you apply for and for the administrative procedures related thereto, including provision of psycho-aptitude tests and for the participation in professional eligibility interviews, even through professionals and/or External Companies (Target Salute s.r.l.) specifically appointed for this purpose.

2. Processing Methods

The methods by which personal data is processed include electronic and hardcopy storage of this notice for up to a maximum of 10 years.

3. Provision of data

The provision of data for the purposes under item 1 is mandatory to allow you to participate in the selection procedure for the job you apply for.

Refusal to provide authorization may entitle Diamant Srl to terminate the selection procedure.

4. Communication and disclosure of data

Data provided shall not be communicated nor disclosed except to the Professionals and/or External Companies specifically appointed for these purposes and only for these.

6. Data subject’s rights

You may exercise, at any time and pursuant to articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, the right to:

a) ask for confirmation of whether or not your personal data exists;

b) obtain information on processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be communicated and, where possible, the period of retention;

c) obtain rectification and erasure of data;

d) obtain restriction of processing;

e) obtain data portability, viz. receive data from a data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit data to another data controller without hindrance;

f) object to processing at any time, even in case of processing for the purpose of direct marketing;

g) object to an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling.

h) ask the data controller to have access to personal data and to rectify or erase the data or to restrict processing concerning you or object to data processing as well as the right to data portability;

i) withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal;

j) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
